ALL-INCLUSIVE CEREMONY MUSICIANS AND RECEPTION ENTERTAINMENT
 
This package is your full service, all inclusive, entire wedding day package! This package takes care of your entire wedding music needs and ensures that all of your bases are covered for seamless ceremony music and reception entertainment.

Members of Ashley Wilcox and The Cosmos will arrive to your ceremony and reception venue
 2 hours before guests arrive to set up  and sound check for your event and stay until the end of your reception.


With this package, Ashley Wilcox and The Cosmos will be onsite for your entire event from beginning to end!

 


CEREMONY
  • 2 musicians for ceremony music (classical or contemporary musicians)
Our ceremony musicians are trained in both classical and contemporary music, so whether it be Mozart or Michael Buble, we’ve got you covered!
  • Up to 3 special requests for ceremony songs not already in current repertoire
We work together closely with the bride and groom to select the choice of ceremony music and will learn up to 3 requests that are not already in our current ceremony music repertoire.
 
 
RECEPTION
  • Live pianist for cocktail hour
For cocktail hour, guests will enjoy listening to an elegant, live pianist play jazz standards while relaxing with their drinks and appetizers prior to their dinner. This option is perfect for cocktail hours which are located in a separate room, outdoors, or in an area other than the reception area.
  • Song selection and customization for the reception playlist
Prior to the wedding, we work together with the bride and groom to coordinate all music for all special moments including bridal party entrance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. We also have several resources and lists that we can provide to couples if they are having difficulty choosing these special moment songs.
  • Professional DJ host for emceeing bridal party entrances and other special moments
When the bridal party enters, our professional MC host will announce the bridal party with energy, enthusiasm, and specially selected music that will bring all guests to their feet as the bride and groom enter their reception party.
  • Wireless Microphone for toasts, announcements, etc.
Guests are welcome to use our wireless microphone and are able to easily move around the room to give toasts, make special announcements, or special acknowledgements.
  • DJ Services for all appropriate portions of wedding reception including dinner, cake cutting, band breaks, etc.
Specially selected dinner music is played as DJ music, and when it is time for the featured dances, the MC will announce for the bride and groom to take the floor for their first dance as the newlywed couple.
  • 3 special requests not currently on Master Songlist
This package includes up to 3 special requests for the band to learn and many couples enjoy dancing their first dance, father/daughter, and mother/son dances while the band plays their special songs live. The three special requests can also be new dance tunes that are not on our Master Songlist. 
  • 3 hours of live performance time (NON-STOP)

When it is time for band to take over for the reception party, this package includes 3 hours of live performance time. With creative medleys, mash-ups, and seamless transitions featuring all of the best dance hits including today’s artists (Bruno Mars, Pit Bull, and Kesha) as well as the classic dance hit makers (Michael Jackson, The Beatles, and Aretha Franklin), the dance floor will be immediately filled and stay full the entire night!
  • Dance floor LED lighting w/ special effect lighting and wedding color coordinated light show
We bring with us numerous lights and lasers which decorate the entire venue and bring an energy to the dance floor. With our sophisticated lighting technology, we can even create a lighting scheme that coordinates to your wedding colors.
  • Pre-event and on-site coordination with facility manager, caterer, photographer, and videographer
Prior to and during your entire event, the timeline of events is discussed in detail and maintained as we communicate before and during the event with all of the specially selected wedding vendors. From meeting with the venue coordinator for planning set up and electrical accessibility, to discussing dinner service and champagne pours for toasts, to communicating with the photographer and videographer the timeline of events and anticipated special moments, our goal is to make sure that all of the logistics of the reception event happen seamlessly.
  • Unlimited phone support for questions and planning prior to wedding
From the moment it is decided to hire Ashley and The Cosmos, we offer unlimited phone support, as many consultations as you desire, and we stay in very close communication with our couples via text and email as well.

RECEPTION ONLY

This package is a great fit for the bride and groom who want everything included in their reception entertainment but don’t need ceremony musicians.

Members of Ashley Wilcox and The Cosmos will arrive to your reception venue
 2 hours before guests arrive to set up  and sound check for your event and stay until the end of your reception.

Instead of a live pianist for cocktail hour, soft, jazz, DJ music is provided for cocktail hour and is featured as guests enter the main reception area.

Live performance time includes 3 hours of high-energy dance music, medleys, and mash-ups as well as 2 special requests not currently on our Master Songlist.

DJ services are provided for dinner hour and other appropriate times and the MC will announce and highlight all of your special moments.

Consultations and communication with the bride and groom as well as all other wedding vendors about timeline of events and special moments are also included.

This package is the most basic package. It is a limited, 2 hour live performance, and is a good choice for the budget conscious couple who just needs an excellent band to get their guests on the dance floor after dinner.
